01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and jl578 ("jl578," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jl578 website located at jl578.org, including all games, services, features, and content offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, or accessing any part of the jl578 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, policies, game-specific rules, or promotional terms published on the jl578 Platform, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

jl578 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

02 Eligibility

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria to use jl578:

• You are a natural person of legal gambling age (minimum 21 years) under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jl578 or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list or problem gambling exclusion registry applicable in the Philippines.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or nominee for any third party.

jl578 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts that do not satisfy these requirements. Any winnings derived from an account that violated eligibility criteria at the time of the wager may be voided and forfeited.

03 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the jl578 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension, account closure, and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals across all associated accounts.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. jl578 may require you to undergo Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification to jl578's satisfaction may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs associated with your account. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on any other platform.
• Log out of the Platform when using shared or public devices.
• Notify jl578 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

jl578 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

3.4 Account Currency

All account balances, deposits, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated for specific promotional events.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

jl578 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jl578 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

jl578 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Deposit funds are credited to your jl578 account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment network. jl578 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever technically possible. Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed KYC verification. jl578 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal of any amount.

jl578 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours on business days. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing timelines of the receiving payment provider. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or denied if jl578 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

jl578 is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and PAGCOR directives. jl578 monitors transactions for suspicious activity and will report to relevant authorities as required by law. Players are strictly prohibited from using the jl578 Platform to launder funds or engage in any financial crime. Winnings derived from or associated with criminal proceeds will be forfeited and reported.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

jl578 offers various bonuses and promotions including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, eligibility conditions, game contribution rates, minimum odds, and time limits published alongside each individual offer.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — and any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier applies per promotion.
• One Bonus Per Household: Promotional bonuses are limited to one per person, household, IP address, payment method, and device.
• Bonus Abuse: jl578 actively monitors for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms. jl578 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is detected.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonuses expire as specified in the applicable promotion terms. jl578 is not obligated to reinstate expired bonuses.

jl578 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice, and to alter bonus terms where necessary to maintain the integrity of the Platform.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the jl578 Platform are governed by game-specific rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to that game.

jl578 uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems for all electronic games. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios with independently verified dealing procedures. Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the system and cannot be reversed except in documented cases of verified technical malfunction.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, jl578's records of game outcomes shall be the definitive source of truth. Where a technical error causes an incorrect outcome to be displayed or credited, jl578 reserves the right to correct such errors and adjust balances accordingly.

07 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the jl578 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using any exploit, bug, glitch, or unintended feature of the Platform to gain an advantage.
• Attempting to circumvent any security measure, geo-restriction, or verification process.
• Accessing the Platform under a false identity or using stolen payment credentials.
• Engaging in chargeback fraud, bank dispute manipulation, or payment reversal schemes.
• Sharing your account credentials with or playing on behalf of another person.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes match-fixing or sports betting manipulation.

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances and pending withdrawals, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

08 Responsible Gaming

jl578 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and result in the immediate suspension of access to all games and promotional communications. Self-exclusion periods are strictly enforced. jl578 will not reinstate an excluded account prior to the expiry of the elected exclusion period.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the jl578 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software code, game interfaces, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of jl578 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the jl578 Platform without express prior written consent from jl578.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jl578 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party payment processors, internet service providers, or force majeure events.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game outcome displays subsequently corrected pursuant to Section 6.

The jl578 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jl578 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

jl578 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without advance notice, if jl578 reasonably determines that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms.
• Your account shows patterns consistent with fraud, money laundering, or collusion.
• You are ineligible to hold a jl578 account under Section 2.
• Continued operation of your account would expose jl578 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting jl578 support. Upon closure, any remaining eligible balance (net of bonuses subject to wagering requirements not yet met) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. The parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. You must notify jl578 of any dispute in writing by email to [email protected] and allow thirty (30) days for jl578 to respond and attempt resolution before commencing any formal proceeding.
